The Structured Approach

Structured approach has five(5) main stages in which the piece of software goes through. This is used for large projects that have large teams so that everyone is at the same stage when they progress further down the ladder. Peformance and Reliability are key and vital components in the software, and this ladder of the structured approach provides it if the steps are followed correctly. The product is usually targeted at a large audience and one flaw will mean that the final product will be a disaster as it will not sell much. This is very costly if anything goes wrong.

Engineering of software had many different aspect to it as it needs to improved constantly to satisfy a wide range of age, gender, cultures and even modern medicine. The approach to endlessly update a piece of software would be and is a challenge that all need to face when confronted with this problem. Many approaches can be taken to end up with the perfect outcome, until another flaw is found. Different methods are used to help software engineers to keep their vital piece of code up-to-date as a small error could be lethal over a period of either a short or long time.
